Terms of Service
The terms on which Arya Samaj Mandir Court Marriage Delhi NCR provides marriage documentation and registration support: what we do, what we cannot do, fees, liability and governing law.
Quick answer
What exactly are you agreeing to?
We provide documentation and registration support. We are not the authority that solemnises or registers your marriage, we cannot guarantee a government outcome or a date, and we cannot shorten a statutory notice period. You agree that the documents you give us are true, and we agree to tell you honestly what your file can and cannot achieve.

1. Acceptance
By using this website, sending us an enquiry, or engaging us for a marriage file, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service. These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Refund and Cancellation Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. What we do, and what we do not do
We provide practical support around marriage solemnisation and registration. Specifically, we:
- check the documents you send and tell you which Act realistically applies to your case;
- tell you what is missing, mismatched or likely to be refused;
- draft and arrange notarisation of the usual affidavits;
- prepare and help you submit the application forms;
- arrange an Arya Samaj ceremony where you are eligible and want one;
- help you identify the correct district and office, and attend the appointment with you;
- explain what to do with the certificate afterwards, including additional copies and apostille.
Equally important is what we do not do, and no one honestly can:
- We are not a government department, a court, an SDM office or a Marriage Officer, and we are not affiliated with any of them.
- We cannot guarantee that any authority will accept a file, approve it on a particular day, or issue a certificate within a stated time.
- We cannot shorten, waive or bypass the 30-day notice period under the Special Marriage Act 1954, or any other statutory period. Any person who offers this is misleading you.
- We cannot influence, and will not attempt to influence, any public servant improperly.
- We do not provide legal representation in court, and nothing we say is legal advice. See the Disclaimer.
3. Your obligations
The service depends entirely on the accuracy of what you give us. You confirm that:
- You are legally eligible to marry: of the required age, of sound mind, not within the prohibited degrees of relationship, and not already married to a living spouse whose marriage subsists.
- Every document you provide is genuine, unaltered and belongs to the person it names.
- The facts you tell us — your marital status, your address, your religion for the purposes of the route chosen — are true.
- You are acting of your own free will, and so is the person you are marrying.
- You will attend appointments and produce originals when required, and will arrange witnesses with their own original documents.
4. Fees, government charges and payment
Our service fee is quoted to you before work begins. Government fees, stamp paper, notarisation charges, photographs, travel and any court or embassy charges are separate and are payable in addition. We tell you both figures as separate lines, and we will put them in writing on request.
Indicative service fees are published on our pricing page. Indicative figures are not a binding quotation; the quotation for your file is the one we give you after seeing your documents.
Statutory fees are fixed by the government and can change without notice to us. Where a published figure differs from what the office charges on the day, the office is right and we will tell you.
5. Timelines
Every timeline we give is an estimate based on how the relevant office is currently working. Appointment availability, server downtime, verification queries, officer transfers, holidays and objections are outside our control. We will tell you promptly if a date moves and why.
We do not accept liability for consequential loss arising from a delay — for example a missed visa appointment, a cancelled flight or a lost job offer. If you are working to a hard external deadline, tell us at the outset so we can say honestly whether it is achievable.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, is limited to the service fee you actually paid us for the file in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of opportunity, profit, reputation or data.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claim, penalty, loss or cost arising from information or documents you supplied that turn out to be false, forged or incomplete, or from your breach of these Terms.
8. Use of this website
The content of this website, including the guides, tables and page design, belongs to us and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may quote short extracts with a link back. You may not copy the guides wholesale, republish them, or use automated tools to scrape the site for republication.
You must not use this website to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, to impersonate another person, or to attempt to interfere with its operation.
9. Third parties and external links
We link to government portals and to public legal sources for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or accuracy. Notaries, oath commissioners, photographers, caterers and mandirs are independent third parties; we coordinate with them but we do not warrant their work.
10. Suspension and termination
We may decline or discontinue a file where the documents are not eligible, where information has been misrepresented, where a party appears to be under coercion, where the conduct towards our staff is abusive, or where continuing would require us to act unlawfully. The Refund and Cancellation Policy governs money in each of those situations.
11. Grievance redressal
For any complaint about the service or about content on this website, contact our Grievance Officer at info@aryasamajmandirsdelhi.in or +91 7011476967, or write to Room No. 10, near Court, Block 10, Sector 10, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201002, India. We will acknowledge your complaint and work to resolve it within the period prescribed under the applicable rules.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any right you have as a consumer to approach a forum where you reside, the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh and at Delhi shall have jurisdiction.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms. The version shown on this page on the date you engage us is the version that applies to your file.
